Frequently Asked Questions

How long does shipping take? Orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days for Europe, and 10–20 business days for the rest of the world. You'll receive a tracking update by email once your order ships.

Do you ship worldwide? Yes! We ship to most countries. Shipping is free within Europe. Orders to North America and Norway are €7.99, and the rest of the world is €13.99.

Can I return my order? Yes. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days at pawnearhome@gmail.com and we'll make it right. See our full Refund Policy for details.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods at checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order? Contact us as soon as possible at pawnearhome@gmail.com. Once an order has shipped we can no longer make changes.

Are your products safe for cats? All PawNear products are designed with pet safety in mind and meet standard safety requirements.

I haven't received my order — what do I do? Check your tracking link in the confirmation email. If it's been more than 20 business days, contact us at pawnearhome@gmail.com and we'll investigate immediately.
